Because all of our nail sets are custom-fitted and made to order, all sales are final.

Each set is created specifically based on the sizing information selected at checkout and cannot be resold, restocked, or reused. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Please Note:

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified after production begins.

• We do not offer returns or refunds due to timing, preference changes, or misunderstanding of production or shipping timelines.

• Delivery timelines for preorder items are clearly disclosed at checkout, in product descriptions, and in the order confirmation email.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos so we can review and assist as appropriate.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your item is custom-made and final sale

• You have reviewed and accepted our production and shipping timelines

• Refunds or returns are not available for custom-fitted products
