Order Status & Processing Times

All of our press-on nails are made to order. We do not keep finished sets in stock. Every set is custom-sized and hand-painted after your order is placed, which is why processing takes time. Thank you for your patience while we create your set! 💕

Current Processing Times

• Basic Sets: 7–31 days depending on order volume and design complexity.

• Design Level Sets: Up to 6 weeks (typically 3–5 weeks).

Large volumes of Design Level orders may take slightly longer due to the longer labor of the art. If so, we'll email you with a status update.

Need Your Order Sooner?

If you have a deadline, email us at info@perfectlypressednails.com. Depending on where your order is in production, we're sometimes able to speed it up at no additional cost. If not, we'll let you know if a rush order add-on is available.

When Will I Get Tracking?

As soon as your order ships, you'll automatically receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for USPS tracking to begin updating after your package has shipped.

My Package Says Delivered, Is Lost, or Was Stolen

Once your package has been shipped, responsibility transfers to USPS. Unfortunately, we cannot provide coverage for lost or stolen packages after shipment.

If your package appears to be missing, you can submit a USPS Missing Mail Search.
